Mandate Reporters

Everyone in the Health care field and other fields that has to advocate for someone are mandate reporters if you see something say something no matter how bad you if you dont know if you should say something go to your immediate supervisor then make sure you follow up with the supervisor Boss could be the DON or other places Hr but dont let it continue.
