CNA"S Work Load from back then til now

I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2001 when I'm working in the Nursing Homes and Hospitals you see how health care is changing since covid before we use to habe 6 to 12 residents and patients on a shift now is like just homeless people are filling up the nursing homes I love the light work load but when you look back from all the hoyers lifts and getting residents up and 5 to 7 showers a day it's nearly down to maybe 1 or 2 depending on where you go times are changing work is changing but I miss my old work load it kept me busy
