Hand Washing

Wash your hands for 20 seconds. The most important thing about hand washing is to prevent the spread of infections. When you come in the house wash your hands before you go into the refrigerator before you touch anything after using the bathroom if your cleaning meats etc. My grandmother raised us when you come inside the house the first thing she made us do is wash our hands change your clothes and when you come from outside you never sit on anything until u change your clothes and I taught and still teaching my kids and grandkids the same.
